I found this link-up on My Passion Journey today, and I just love the idea so much that I have to do this right away.
- Habit to make: Working out everyday. I am planning to try the '21 days to make a habit' rule.
- Habit to break: Bad sleep cycles. Since there is no fixed routine these days, I stay up till like 4 am every night and hence waking up around noon.
Check out The Pinnacle Project too, and give it a go yourself.
What habits do you wanna make or break?
Welcome to the Link-up! I am so glad you joined us! These are great habits. Your habit to break reminds me of one I did when we first started the link up- the habit was to stop using technology at least 30 minutes before bed. No laptop, no social media on my phone (my exception was reading on my kindle app). Doing this REALLY helped me establish a better bedtime routine. Best of luck to you this month- looking forward to reading the updates!
ReplyDeleteThank you Lauren! I definitely should take up that advice because technology might be the biggest culprit for me too.
DeleteThanks for linking up with us on the Bloglovin' Blog Hop! It's great that you have chosen one habit to start and one to stop. I do best when I choose one thing to focus on. My focus this year is my dream of being a writer and speaker. They go hand in hand for me. I'm intentionally making time to do that.
ReplyDeleteThanks Carrie!
DeleteIt's a great dream.. Good luck :)

ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean, girl: I hate allegedly 'pseudo-socializing', yet, I keep my friends, what few of em I do have, at arms length; I'm like you I guess, as truer words were never spoken: my only friend, and what a fab-you-lous Friend He is, is Jesus. I don't have time for anyone else. Though I'm a young-whipper-snapper, I'm old and soon to croak. Here's a wealth of philantropic epiphanies. N'joy.
ReplyDeletePROCEED AT YOUR OWN WISK!!
Frankly, I wouldn't be tooo worried about what the whorizontal world thot about me, dear; I'd be much more concerned about what Jesus shall say at our General Judgment. You may not like me now, yet, I’m not out to please you. Lemme wanna gonna tella youse Who (grrr - New Joisey accent):
