Girlfriends


Once I read a quote :
"Unlucky is the woman who has no woman friend."

And in last One year, I have realised how true it is! Men are somewhat like those fair weather mates with whom we can hang out, and have great fun and laugh. It is also possible that these times are among the best enjoyed times of our life. But, usually, there lacks something. Maybe, it is because of the boy-girl thing. In very rare cases, there is 'that' level of understanding which we can always share with our girlfriends, atleast to a great extent. Maybe because we women are, more or less, the birds of same feather. And so, this is for my loving (girl)friends for being my support and strength through every thick and thin. I feel 'lucky' because of you girls!

    I like this. It's true. I've been getting along fine with my four sisters and boyfriend... but sometimes I still really miss having a good girl-friend.

    Hey thats a small but cute post.I loved the pic and u r sooo true. I have my best buddy called ambily.We are friends for more than 6 years now..She really understands everything and is with me in everything I do(Even in the most crappy,shitty things!!!).

A day in San Francisco — Memorial Day

If you have followed my blog for sometime, you probably know about my big move across coast. It's been a few months being a Cali resident, but I haven't gotten out as much as I would have liked.  Maybe once we move to a place, it kinda loses the tourist charm that it has when we visit for a weekend. Don't you think? I decided to make this right and this Memorial Day weekend, I spent my first Touristy day in San Francisco. Like anything else, I made a long list of places to see, and spread it across three days based on distance proximity. The day started with a little detour at Bay Trail, near Shoreline Park, followed by a quick brunch at Crepe Vine and a beautiful long drive to the city. Hey...

Hi lovelies, How are you, and how's everything else in life going? Well, I think I am writing this one too soon, but, never mind! I just had time today, as my test got postponed and thus I am feeling bit relaxed. But, it will happen next week. Alas! (I'm such a procrastinator.)  Life's got very hectic and busy, plus tiring. Every day I get up at 7 AM, go to office, come back after 7 PM. And its goes on the same way daily. I get so tired by the end of day that the only thing I can think of is going to my bed. I can't even study, which is very important. Leaving that aside, I want to explore and move about this place. I feel that since we have got the chance to be here, why not take advantage of the chance. But my friend who's staying with me here isn't very supportive in this case. So, I end up being in the room only! Well, now I'm gonna sign off and study a bit. I had a test today and didn't score well. So I'm worried now. I hope I do well in othe...
