super-awesome birthday gifts from my siblings— I now have my own Tri Wizard Cup! (they are the only ones who get my Harry Potter love!)
quality time spent on my illustrations: Here I Doodle— learning so much with practice!
beautiful cool weather, with another day of sprinkles
a relaxed day spent listening to Beyonce's Lemonade and watching movies like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and One Day
cute new t-shirts and Harry Potter necklace I bought from Amazon

A day in San Francisco — Memorial Day

If you have followed my blog for sometime, you probably know about my big move across coast. It's been a few months being a Cali resident, but I haven't gotten out as much as I would have liked. Maybe once we move to a place, it kinda loses the tourist charm that it has when we visit for a weekend. Don't you think? I decided to make this right and this Memorial Day weekend, I spent my first Touristy day in San Francisco. Like anything else, I made a long list of places to see, and spread it across three days based on distance proximity. Yes, it was a whole weekend plan but life get in way and hence it ended up being just a day trip. The day started with a little detour at Bay Trail, near Shoreline Park, followed by a quick brunch at Crepe Vine and a beautiful long drive to the city. Hi lovelies, How are you, and how's everything else in life going? Well, I think I am writing this one too soon, but, never mind! I just had time today, as my test got postponed and thus I am feeling bit relaxed. But, it will happen next week. Alas! (I'm such a procrastinator.) Life's got very hectic and busy, plus tiring. Every day I get up at 7 AM, go to office, come back after 7 PM. And its goes on the same way daily. I get so tired by the end of day that the only thing I can think of is going to my bed. I can't even study, which is very important. Leaving that aside, I want to explore and move about this place. I feel that since we have got the chance to be here, why not take advantage of the chance. But my friend who's staying with me here isn't very supportive in this case.
